1 large bag of frozen strawberries, (3lbs I think)
1 can of coconut milk
1 block of extra firm silken tofu
1-2 TBS lemon juice
1-2 tsp dried mint
3-4 TBS dried granular sweetener
Place frozen berries in large bowl.
Place remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour cream over berries and serve.
